I enjoyed a spacious room with modern design and plenty of storage space. The beds were comfortable, perfect for our family. The location was fantastic, close to shops and public transportation. Biking around was a fun bonus for the kids!
The wash basin being outside the bathroom made it inconvenient for personal grooming.

the room was a nice size when upgraded with the basin or bathroom, modern japanesse style and great beds.
The views were not so great.

I really enjoyed its very courteous and accommodating employees.
The location couldn't be more marvellous and stunning close to many shopping malls. Moreover, it was near to central Tokyo, the center of Ginza, a major downtown of Tokyo, and many restaurants, bars and shopping. I had beautifully designed and reasonably large room with super bathroom. Coffee & tea makers and a fridge were nice...

the wash basin outside of the bathroom was a bit awkward (not ideal for privacy). loved the room's modern design and the convenient access to various train stations. also enjoyed renting bikes to explore the area! good service throughout our stay.

In the middle, next to Ginza.
Due to the accommodation in the center of a sufficiently high price, traffic jams, room windows in the windows of the neighboring house, curtain either completely closes the window or fully open. On the 3rd floor of the bar, is for everyone, hotel lift on a separate elevator from the lobby on the 4th floor.

Location short walk to the subway. For tea or coffee visit Vampire Cafe nearby. New-fashioned and nicely decorated room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Good view and a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the bathroom.
Poorly trained staff!

spacious shower, modern design, ample storage
The concierge service could be significantly improved-they were unresponsive when we needed help!!! The room layout is less user-friendly, with inconvenient placements like the wash basin outside the bathroom!!!

Recommend it for couples seeking luxury
The room was spacious. Had a large beautiful layout that fit a rollaway just perfectly without feeling cramped. The staff went out of their way to get my iPad back when I left it behind. They even helped with the courier.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it in the end.
